The overnight rate includes:
* Exclusive use of the cottage (which sleeps up to three/four people, an additional charge of £15 per visit for bedding for the fourth person) from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 11.00am on the day of departure

* TV & DVD recorder
* Welcome pack containing fresh supplies of milk, bread, butter tea & coffee, bottle of wine
