To find The Malthouse, leave the M4 at Junction 18 and follow the A46 towards Bath.
Go through the first roundabout and then at the second roundabout turn left onto the A4 towards Batheaston proceed approximately 1 mile looking out for the former White Hart pub on the right hand side, Avonvale Place can be found by turning immediately before the White Hart pub.
